Sabina’s practice is focused on tax law. Sabina provides advice on income tax and GST/HST to individuals, corporations, trusts, estates, not-for-profit organizations, and charities. Sabina assists individuals and corporations in the structuring and implementation of tax planning solutions. Sabina also assists clients in resolving tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.

As part of her tax practice, Sabina advises trustees and beneficiaries of estates, trusts and not-for-profit and charitable organizations. Sabina has an extensive trusts and estates practice, assisting clients in setting up family trusts, including alter ego and joint partner trusts, qualified disability trusts, and trusts to hold US real estate.

Sabina specializes in complex tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals. Sabina employs a multidisciplinary approach which encompasses all aspects of tax and estate planning, including family law considerations, cross-border planning issues, and philanthropy. Sabina also assists in the structuring of stock option plans and other forms of executive compensation for executives and employers.
