Patrick completed his articles at Mills & Mills LLP, and was invited to join the firm as an Associate in 2007, and as a Partner in 2017. In addition to real estate law, Patrick’s legal practice has included commercial litigation, business law, family law, and estate planning. Patrick’s real estate clients benefit from the skills he has acquired over the years.

Patrick’s practice encompasses both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Patrick provides professional and knowledgeable representation to his clients on all aspects of home purchases, sales, mortgage refinancing, and estate transfers, and can negotiate and draft agreements of purchase and sale. Patrick’s commercial real estate practice encompasses advice to and representation of businesses on their acquisitions and sales of commercial properties and commercial lease matters, at each stage of a transaction from negotiating and drafting agreements and leases, to closing the deal.
