Egor Dubinin brings a diverse legal background and international perspective to the Business Law Group at Mills & Mills LLP. He earned his first law degree in civil law from Moscow State University and later completed an LLM in International and European Law at the University of Geneva.

Egor began his career in Russia as in-house counsel, advising on corporate matters, sponsorship agreements, and complex franchising deals with commercial partners across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

After relocating to Canada, he completed a Professional LLM in Canadian Common Law and articled at Mills & Mills LLP in 2024. In 2025, he joined the firm’s Business Law Group as an associate. His business law practice focuses on corporate and commercial law including share and asset purchase transactions and franchising. He handles governance and regulatory compliance matters for charities and not-for-profit organizations. Lastly, Egor works closely with our trademark agent on trademark registrations and maintenance.
