Aida Pasha is a family law lawyer with over a decade of legal experience and a deep commitment to client-focused service. She is known for her compassionate, strategic, and effective advocacy—whether representing clients in family disputes at various court levels or guiding them through family contracts from cohabitation to separation.
Aida is also a Certified Parenting Coordinator, Legal Coach, and Child Interviewer (Voice of the Child Reports).
Her legal journey began with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, followed by her Call to the Ontario Bar in 2010. Aida’s practice is grounded in her belief in equitable access to justice. She serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at both Access for Children in Ontario (APCO) and Muslim Children’s Aid & Support Services (MCASS). Her dedication has been recognized with awards including the Michael Steinmetz Memorial Award, J.W. Whiteside Award, and Dorothy Waddicor Award in ADR.
A passionate educator and advocate, Aida regularly presents at legal workshops and conferences, including for the Muslim Legal Support Centre, Ontario Bar Association CPDs, and Mandatory Information Programs at Brampton Court.
