Tsvetomira is a trusts and estate litigation lawyer who delivers strategic, results-driven representation in complex and often high-conflict disputes. She is a strong advocate for her clients, using a practical, cost-conscious approach that prioritizes efficient outcomes while advancing their interests.

Her practice is focused in the areas of estate, trust, and capacity issues, including will challenges, power of attorney disputes, guardianship applications, dependant relief claims, executor removal applications, breach of trust cases, and accounting disputes. She has experience in the administration of estates during litigation, including matters involving high-net-worth, international, and Indigenous estate issues.

Tsvetomira contributes to the profession through speaking at legal education programs and frequently blogging about a wide range of estate related topics.

She is an active member of The Advocates’ Society’s Estates Litigation Practice Group. She is also a member of the Junior Trusts and Estates Practitioners (JTEP), the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
