Ken brings over 20 years experience to the areas of business law, entertainment law and Intellectual property law. As a contracts specialist, Ken has extensive experience representing clients in the media, software and technology industries. Ken’s clients also benefit from the extensive skills and experience he has acquired over the years representing leading North American companies engaged in cross-border transactions.

Ken acts for business owners and individuals and regularly represents television, film, animation and social media content producers, financiers, distributors and technology focused companies. His practice includes advising and negotiating on behalf of clients on commercial agreements and provides strategic, personal and dedicated representation to his clients on a wide range of legal and business issues.

As part of the business team at Mills & Mills LLP, Ken also focusses on helping his entrepreneurial clients anticipate legal and business challenges that may arise and is intent on building trusting long term relationships with his clients.
