Elizabeth is an associate in the Real Estate Group at Mills & Mills LLP, where she supports clients across a broad spectrum of residential and commercial real estate matters. Her practice includes purchases, sales, financings, leasing transactions, and power of sale proceedings. She manages files from intake to closing, conducts thorough due diligence, and maintains clear communication with clients, lenders, realtors, and opposing counsel to ensure seamless transactions.
Elizabeth also has experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements related to property development. Her strong research foundation includes work on tenancy disputes under the Residential Tenancies Act, allocation of common expenses, and federal banking provisions affecting real property. She leverages this background to provide clients with practical, detail-oriented advice and responsive service.
She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in International Development, from McGill University in Montreal. Elizabeth is actively involved in community initiatives and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Real Estate Division.
During law school, she volunteered with Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS), offering students practical legal guidance. She has also contributed to the community through pro bono work on Indigenous legal issues and volunteering with the Out of the Cold program and Evangel Hall Mission. Prior to joining Mills & Mills, Elizabeth worked at a boutique real estate firm specializing in condominium development.
