Zack joined Mills & Mills LLP as an Associate in 2019 and became a Partner in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate with a litigation boutique in Toronto where he represented a wide variety of clients in commercial, employment, insurance, and class action disputes.

Zack obtained his Bachelor of Arts with an Honours Specialization in History from the University of Western Ontario in 2011 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law in 2014. He completed his articles of clerkship and was called to the Bar in 2015.

Zack maintains a diverse civil litigation practice including employment law, estate law and commercial litigation. He has appeared before all levels of Courts in Ontario including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Divisional Court, and the Superior Court of Justice. Zack brings a practical approach to his practice to effectively advocate for his clients while also considering business realities.
