Jessica joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2024 as an Associate in the Real Estate Group. Her practice focuses on all areas of residential real estate law, including purchase, sale, refinance, and assignment transactions. Prior to joining Mills & Mills LLP, Jessica practiced at a boutique law firm in Toronto in the areas of residential real estate law, corporate law, and commercial law. Jessica’s experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial leases, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements. She has worked with various types of business clients in asset purchase and sale transactions.

Jessica obtained her law degree at The University of Buckingham and was called to the Bar in 2017. She is a cum laude graduate of York University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Jessica articled at a full service law firm in Downtown Brampton and at a criminal defence law firm in Toronto where she appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and Small Claims Court.

Jessica is committed to maintaining a high level of communication with her clients. She takes the time to truly involve the client and incorporate their goals, concerns, values, and feedback.
