On Wednesday, February 2nd, Mills & Mills LLP Associate Reshma Kishnani presented at Serving The Family: Unpacking the intersecting issues in family, estates and real estate law, the first event of the Ontario Bar Association’s 2022 Institute Series. This was a two day event aimed at general practitioners and specialist lawyers practicing in residential real estate, estates law, and family law.

Reshma co-presented “Trusts and Estates Law Legislative and Case Law Update”, a panel session focused on sharing updates on recent decisions, legislative changes and other developments in trusts and estates law. She shared important takeaways from recent amendments to the Succession Law Reform Act and how they will affect Wills in Ontario.
