As we step into 2024, Mills & Mills LLP is delighted to reflect on a year filled with accomplishments, recognition, and meaningful community engagement.

In 2023, Managing Partner, David Mills, was included in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada™ for Trusts and Estates. Wills and Estates Partner, Meghan O’Neil, was also included in the 2024 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada™ for her work in Trusts and Estates. Similarly, Meghan was included in the November edition of Post City Magazine and Streets of Toronto Magazine as one of Toronto’s Top Lawyers in Estates, Trusts & Wills for 2023. As for the firm, Mills & Mills LLP was honoured to be selected by Feedspot as one of the Top 35 Canadian Charity Blogs on the web and one of the 20 Best Charity and Non-Profit Law Blogs and Websites.

To name a few community engagements, Mills & Mills LLP was happy to participate in the motionball Marathon of Sport, along with fundraising $6,636 to help raise awareness and inclusion for people with and without intellectual disabilities to realize their potential and develop physical fitness. The firm sponsored and attended the Police Association of Ontario‘s Annual Charity Golf Tournament which raised money to support vital services addressing post-traumatic stress disorder for first responders. As well, Managing Partner, David Mills, and Wills & Estates Associate, Arielle Di Iulio, starred in the Lawyer Show, an annual theatre fundraiser to support Nightwood. As diversity and inclusivity are important values at the firm, Mills & Mills LLP attended its first Pride Parade, celebrating and showing solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community.

As we welcome 2024, Mills & Mills LLP remains dedicated to providing excellent legal services answering the question, “How Can I Help?”.

We express our gratitude to our clients, colleagues, and community for their continued support and we look forward to the achievements that lie ahead this year.
