Toni was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2003, and practiced as a family law barrister in the UK until she moved to Toronto in 2012. Toni was an associate at a leading boutique family law firm in Toronto before joining Mills and Mills LLP, in 2014.

Toni represents clients in all areas of family law, including child custody and access, matrimonial financial and property disputes. She assists clients by drafting and advising on domestic contracts, as well as representing clients in Mediation/Arbitration proceedings, and Court proceedings.

Toni boasts strong negotiation skills and utilizes these to assist clients to resolve disputes expeditiously and amicably. Toni is a skilled advocate, having gained extensive Courtroom experience as a barrister in the UK. In high conflict matters and when litigation is unavoidable, Toni’s advocacy skills assist her to pursue her clients’ interests fearlessly and to obtain a desirable outcome.

Toni is trained as a collaborative lawyer.
