Tayo Olorunfemi joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2023 and practices within the Real Estate group.

With a focus in transactional real estate, Tayo offers a comprehensive range of services related to the purchase, sale, financing, assignment, and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. Prior to joining Mills & Mills LLP, Tayo’s practice has involved providing assistance to business owners in share or asset purchase and sale transactions, as well as corporate reorganization matters.

Tayo was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2019 after successfully completing the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C).

Tayo takes pride in providing proactive and practical advice tailored to the unique needs of her clients. By taking a client-centered approach, Tayo ensures that her clients receive the most suitable guidance to address their specific requirements.
