Somm joined Mills & Mills LLP as a LegalShield Associate in 2021. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, as well as a Juris Doctor from Western University. He completed his articles and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.

Somm practiced as a commercial/civil litigator at a prominent regional firm, prior to gaining further experience at litigation boutiques in downtown Toronto. His experience includes a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters across a myriad of areas and industries, such as contractual disputes, employment litigation, shareholder disputes, construction matters, insurance litigation and general corporate/commercial disputes.

Somm prides himself on being able to vigorously advocate for his clients and deliver sound, results-oriented legal advice. He believes that LegalShield is an invaluable resource and relishes the opportunity to further his clients’ interests by providing quality service in an effective and personable manner. Somm is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
