Nivetha Weerasingam joined Mills & Mills LLP as an associate in 2022 practicing in the area of real estate law.

Nivetha graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Leicester Faculty of Law in 2018. Prior to obtaining her law degree, she graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo in 2016.

After completing her law degree, Nivetha articled at a boutique law firm in Richmond Hill specializing in real estate, where her exposure to residential matters from beginning to end helped develop her knowledge and skills in residential real estate law. During her articles, Nivetha gained valuable experience on a wide range of transactions, providing her with a strong foundation for her current practice in the firm’s real estate division.

Since her call to the Bar in 2021, Nivetha has focused her practice in real estate law. She has experience in all aspects of residential real estate law, including sales, purchases and financing.

Nivetha is committed to delivering efficient and informed advice. She prides herself on providing the highest level of service and protecting the interests of her clients. She approaches each situation from a practical perspective to achieve optimal results for her clients.
