Nathaniel practices in the area of business law, advising private companies as well as charities and not-for-profits on both corporate and commercial matters, including corporate restructuring, contracts and transactional work. Nathaniel can assist with incorporation, corporate reorganizations, continuance, charitable registration, dissolution, and general commercial services. He advises clients on governance, by-laws, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment matters and related litigation.

In addition to his business law practice, Nathaniel practices in estate law, particularly in the areas of estate planning and administration. He enjoys assisting clients with a range of estate planning and administration needs, including planning for loved ones with disabilities and working with other counsel to deal with clients’ assets located outside Ontario or Canada. He is committed to formulating practical and cost-effective solutions to address the matters for which his clients seek his assistance.

Nathaniel began his legal career as an articling student with Mills & Mills in 2020. Prior to joining the firm in 2021 as an associate in the business law and estates law groups, Nathaniel obtained his Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, completed a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours at the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Sciences at St. Lawrence University.
