Joseph completed his articles at Mills & Mills LLP and is a lawyer in our Business Law Group. He practices corporate and commercial law and was a litigator prior to joining our business practice.

In his corporate practice, Joseph assists private companies with corporate governance matters and transactional work, including amalgamations, reorganizations, asset purchases, share transfers, and asset rollovers. Joseph also assists his clients with federal and provincial incorporations in all types of industries and areas of professional practice. He takes great pride in setting up strong foundations for the businesses his clients entrust him with to incorporate.

In his commercial practice, Joseph reviews, advises, and drafts commercial agreements for his clients, which range from service contracts and commercial leases to agreements unique to the entertainment and social media industries. As a former litigator, Joseph can review and draft contracts that are clear, concise, and dependable.

Joseph is also frequently engaged to assists with difficult and sensitive business negotiations and settlement discussions. As a former litigator, he successfully navigated complex and contentious litigation matters for his clients. His litigation practice covered a broad range of areas that included commercial litigation, real estate disputes, construction-related matters, trusts and estates litigation, and employment issues. Joseph also has experience with privacy and intellectual property matters.
