Joseph articled with Mills & Mills LLP in 2019 and joined our litigation team as an associate in 2020.
Joseph’s litigation practice covers a broad range of areas and includes commercial litigation, real estate disputes, construction-related matters, trusts and estates litigation, and employment issues.
Joseph completed his JD at Osgoode Hall Law School. During his time studying law, Joseph worked with a variety of firms in Toronto in the areas of criminal law, personal injury, Indigenous law, and administrative law. In his final year of school, Joseph worked with a large Indigenous law firm in Toronto on projects of national importance. His work directly improved that firm’s ability to produce better quality legal services that advanced Indigenous rights throughout Canada.
Prior to entering law school, Joseph received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University. A major component of his education involved close collaboration with businesses of all sizes to develop creative solutions to complex problems. Joseph’s solutions directly improved efficiencies and increased profit margins for these companies. In recognition of his efforts, Joseph received the coveted Entrepreneurial Excellence Award from his school.
