Gillian assists clients in all areas of family law including separation, divorce, custody and access issues, child support, spousal support, domestic contracts, and child protection matters. As a trained Collaborative Family Law lawyer, she encourages all of her clients to reach a settlement outside of court wherever possible, and works on behalf of her clients to achieve the outcome that best suits their needs and interests.
Gillian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Kent in the United Kingdom and graduated with a LL.B. (Honours) in 2010. While pursuing her law degree, Gillian was a committee member in the Kent Law Clinic and a founding member of the Kent Canadian Law Society.
