In this episode of Divorcing Well, Leanne was joined by kick-ass step-mom, and life coach, Jamie Scrimgeour to discuss the challenges of step-parenting and blended families. Jamie is a step-mother herself and she found that there was a definite lack of support for those in this role. She founded her own step-mom community, launched a blog and podcast, and offers great advice to step-moms around the world. In their interview, they discuss tips for dealing with step-children who don’t like you, tips for dealing with your partner’s difficult Ex, plus a whole lot more.  If you are a step-parent or involved with someone who has children from a previous relationship, you won’t want to miss this episode.

Dads and Coparenting With Tracy Poizner

In this episode of Divorcing Well, Leanne was joined by Tracy Poizner, a parenting coach, who works exclusively with divorced dads.  They discussed some of the challenges faced by dads, particularly in cases involving high conflict or parental alienation.  Tracy provides some great advice on how dads an achieve success and satisfaction in their family life and make the highest possible impact in their child’s world.
