Paul served his articles with Mills & Mills and joined the firm in 1975. He became a partner in 1981. Paul advises business clients on all aspects of their operations including incorporations, acquisitions and sales of assets
or shares, shareholders’ agreements and other contracts. Paul’s real estate practice includes purchases, sales and mortgages of commercial and residential properties. Paul’s estate practice includes estate planning, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney
