Patrick served his articles with Mills & Mills LLP, and in 2007 he was invited to join the firm as an Associate. Patrick practices all aspects of residential real estate law, including purchases, sales, mortgage refinancing, and estate transfer.
Patrick’s estate practice also includes estate planning, the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, and estate administration. During law school, Patrick worked at a legal clinic assisting small businesses with start up and contractual matters, an area in which Patrick continues
to practice by advising business owners and non-profit organizations on commercial and organizational matters. |
