Ravinder joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2006 as a PPL Associate. While at law school, Ravinder received the John W. Whiteside Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the law school, the legal profession,
and the community at large. Ravinder served her articles with Toronto Community Housing Corporation. After she was called to the Bar, Ravinder joined a legal services clinic as a staff lawyer, and has also worked in private practice with a small firm.
