Denise is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. She served her articles with Mills & Mills LLP and was invited to join the firm in 2005. Denise’s practice is focused on private business, corporate and regulatory law. She provides legal
services addressing a broad spectrum of client needs. Denise has developed a practice in the design sector and as Chair of the Mills & Mills Design Law Group, she knows the business of design and provides comprehensive services to design sector professionals, businesses and regulators.
She also practices health law and advises health clinics, regulated health professionals, health care institutions including long-term care facilities and health sector associations. Denise’s corporate work includes advising not-for-profit and charitable organizations such as
churches and health sector foundations. Denise contributes to the Mills & Mills Legal Blog.
