Paul served his articles with Mills & Mills LLP and joined the firm in 1969. He became a partner in 1973 and was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1982. Paul's practice consists of three main areas. The first area of focus relates to the preparation of wills and administration of estates, serving in many cases as Estate Trustee in addition to performing legal services for Estates. Secondly, he advises owners and operators of small businesses on all aspects of their operations, assisting clients in their business strategies as well as their day-to-day business decisions. Paul's third area of practice involves advising churches and other charitable and non-profit organizations on a broad range of legal matters.
