David is proud to represent the fourth generation of Mills to practice at the firm. David served his articles with Mills & Mills LLP, joined the firm following his call to the Bar and became a partner in 2006.
David's practice consists of two main areas. In his first practice area, David provides a comprehensive range of legal services to meet the needs of entrepreneurs and private businesses.
In his second practice area, David provides business succession and personal estate services, including the transition
of businesses from one generation to the next, the planning and administration of personal estates and the resolution of estate disputes. |
