Julie contributes to the Mills & Mills Legal Blog.

Julie Layne joined Mills & Mills LLP as an associate in 2010. Julie served her articles as a law clerk to Madam Justice Sandra Simpson at the Federal Court of Canada and was called to the bar in Massachusetts and Ontario. After completing her articles, Julie practiced civil litigation at prominent Boston and Toronto law firms. Prior to joining Mills & Mills LLP, Julie practiced exclusively family law at a boutique firm in Toronto. Julie's practice today consists of assisting clients with all aspects of their family law matters from negotiations and mediations to arbitrations and court attendances.
