Martin joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2006 and has brought to the firm extensive experience in health law, regulatory and administrative law, and church law. Drawing on his experience at the Ministry of the Attorney General and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Martin advises health sector institutions and associations and pharmaceutical manufacturers in all manner of health sector related issues. He advises regulatory authorities and design businesses active in the design sector. He also advises not-for-profit corporations, charities and churches on conflict resolution, private legislation, employment and governance matters. Martin finds successful, cost-effective solutions to complex problems involving legislation, regulations, policy and government relations. Martin is a frequent speaker and has presented papers on such topics as "Emerging Issues in the Pharmaceutical Sector", and "Government Regulation of Public Hospitals".
